1. Services Provided
California Teledentist provides virtual dental second opinions for patients located in California.
We do not provide:

In-person treatment

Prescription medications (unless permitted by law)

Emergency dental care
All consultations are informational and should not replace an in-person dental examination.
2. Eligibility
You must:

Be 18 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent

Be located in California at the time of the consult

Provide accurate information and dental records
3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.

Missed appointments may be subject to a rebooking fee.

Patients are responsible for any bank or processing fees.
4. Limitations of Remote Evaluation
Virtual assessments have inherent limitations.
You understand that:

Certain conditions cannot be fully diagnosed remotely

Radiographs or images may be insufficient

You may be advised to seek in-person care
5. No Patient-Dentist Relationship
A formal dentist-patient relationship is not established solely through:

Reviewing uploaded materials

Email communication

Preliminary assessment
A relationship is established only during the scheduled virtual consultation.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate dental information

Upload appropriate X-rays or treatment plans

Attend scheduled appointments on time

Use the services only for lawful purposes
7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, logos, design elements, and branding—is the property of California Teledentist and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, California Teledentist is not liable for:

Misinterpretation of advice

Delays or interruptions in service

Use of incomplete or unclear X-rays/images
