Overview
California Teledentist provides virtual dental consultations and second opinions. All services are delivered digitally and involve preparation, review of patient materials, and reserved appointment time.
Because of the nature of these services, all sales are final once a consultation is completed.
Refunds Before Your Appointment
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before your appointment
If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time, you may request a full refund.
2. Duplicate payment
If you accidentally complete more than one payment for the same appointment, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed appointments or no-shows

Failure to provide X-rays, photos, or necessary documents prior to the consultation

Dissatisfaction with clinical findings or recommendations

Technical issues on the patient’s side (internet, audio/video, device problems)

Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time

Completed consultations
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule once at no additional cost, as long as the request is made at least 12 hours before your consultation.
Service Delivery Issues
If California Teledentist is unable to complete your consultation due to a provider-side issue, we will reschedule your appointment or offer a refund at our discretion.
